Bank of Eastern Oregon awards $8,000 in scholarships
Bank of Eastern Oregon awarded sixteen $500 scholarships to
graduating high school seniors through its
Agricultural/Business Scholarship Program. Judging was awarded
on the applicant’s academics, leadership, and
citizenship. This is the 18th year the bank offered this
program, giving away over $76,000 to date.
The scholarships were awarded to Ashley Wolff, Keenan Jack,
Jodessa Chapa, Jessica Hughes, and Cherisse Lemmon, Heppner
High School; R.J. Ramos, III, and Brianna Peterson, Ione High
School; Jessica Cronin, Crane Union High School; Meagan
McKenzie, Wallowa High School; Dustin Osborne and Alizabeth
McCorkle, Irrigon High School; Erik Glover, Sherman High
School; Nolan Fischer, Spray High School; Skylar Fast, Prairie
City High School; and Jason Hendricks and Tanner Wightman,
Riverside High School. Bank of Eastern Oregon congratulates
these hard-working and dedicated students.
