Lemmon, Executive Vice
President and Chief Finance
Officer. Lemmon joined
the bank in September 2006. He is an Oregon CPA who previously
worked in Big Four public accounting and specialized in
consulting and auditing of financial institutions. He
grew up in eastern Oregon, attending high school in
Stanfield. Lemmon serves on the OBA Financial Officers
and Investment Committee and on the Bank Accounting
Roundtable. Locally, he serves as board chairman for
Community Counseling Solutions, on the budget committee for
Blue Mountain Community College, as scoutmaster for BSA Troop
691, and coaches wrestling at Heppner Jr./Sr. High School.
