Ned E. Clark, Director. Ned Clark has served as a Bank of Eastern Oregon Director since 1992 and has served as Board Chairman and Audit Committee Chairman. He presently serves on the Audit and Board Loan Committees. Mr. Clark is President of Horseshoe Hereford Ranch, Inc., an Oregon agribusiness corporation.
