Loan Officer. Jill has been in banking for 11 years and
has been with Bank of Eastern Oregon since 2003. She
currently serves on the Boardman City Council; the Blue
Mountain Community College Ag Advisory Board; and the
Blue Mountain Community College Small Business
Development Center Advisory Board. Jill is also active in
the Boardman Chamber of Commerce; the Umatilla County
Historical Society; and teaches financial management
classes at the Umatilla Indian Reservation.

Miller, Branch Manager/Loan Officer. Jennifer
has been in banking for 28 years and was promoted to
Branch Manager in 2002. Jennifer has been with Bank of
Eastern Oregon since the bank moved into Moro in December
2003. Jennifer currently serves on the Sherman County
Health District Board, enjoys attending community events,
spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Shaffer, Assistant Vice President/Loan Officer.
Rhonda has been in banking for 31 years and has been with
Bank of Eastern Oregon since the bank acquired the
Klamath First Bank in Condon. Rhonda is an active member
of the business community and serves as a board member of
the Pioneer Community Development Corporation, a
non-profit organization for economic development. She
also serves as Treasurer of PCDC and sits on its loan
committee. Rhonda has served on numerous committees for
various purposes over the years, such as Condon Booster
Club; American Red Cross; and special committees for City
of Condon, to name a few.

Cossitt, Branch Manager/Loan Officer. Karen has
been in banking for 21 years, providing lending services
for 13 of those years. She has been with Bank of Eastern
Oregon since the bank moved into Fossil in December 2003.
Karen is on the Fossil Community Scholarship Fund and
participates as needed in various Haven House Retirement
Home committees and other community events.

Bailey, Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer.
John has been with Bank of Eastern Oregon since May of
2007 when he and Bob Williams began staffing the new
Enterprise Loan Production Office. In October 2008, the
loan production office converted to a full servicve
branch. He has 25 years of banking experience and has
served Northeast Oregon loan customers that entire time.
John is a Board Member with the Joseph Education
Foundation and also serves as a Director on the Chief
Joseph Days Rodeo/Joseph Chamber of Commerce Board.

Williams, Vice President/Commercial Loan
Officer. Bob joined Bank of Eastern Oregon in May 2007
and, along with John Bailey, opened up the bank’s
new Loan Production Office in Enterprise. In October
2008, the loan productin office coverted to a full
service branch. Bob has been a loan officer in Wallowa
County for the past 13 years and in the financial
industry for over 25 years. He has been active in a
number of organizations in the county and currently
serves as Secretary of the Wallowa County Health Care
District Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the
Region 18 ESD Board.

Melissa Lindsay
~ Vice President and Mortgage
Manager, Bank of Eastern Oregon. Lindsay, born
and raised in Eastern Oregon, is a graduate of San
Diego State University with a degree in Business
Management. She participates in many real estate
and real estate finance associations.
Lindsay is deeply committed to rural Oregon,
providing competitive and aggressive programs to her
clients with a focus on great customer service.
Joyce Moser,
Branch Manager/Mortgage Lender. Joyce has been in
banking for 32 years and has been with Bank of Eastern
Oregon since December 2003. She is an active member of
the business community and serves as a member of Harney
District Hospital Budget Board; Harney County
Commission on Children and Families Board; Harney
County Health District Board Committee; Burns
Foursquare Church Worship Team; and Burns/Hines
Kiwanis. Joyce is also past President of Harney County
Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, you may find her in
the announcer’s booth for the annual fair parade
each September and helping other Bank of Eastern Oregon
staff members clerk the 4-H auction.
Bob
Quinton, Assistant Vice President/Commercial
Loan Officer. Bob has been with Bank of Eastern Oregon
since the bank moved into John Day in December of 2003,
serving as the lending officer for the Grant County
market. Currently, Bob is the Mayor of John Day and he
serves on the Board of the Southeast Regional Alliance,
a regional economic development organization; the
Southeast Area Commission on Transportation; and is a
past President and current board member of the Grant
County Chamber of Commerce.
