McNeley joins Bank of
Eastern Oregon
Dan McNeley recently joined Bank of Eastern Oregon in Burns as
a commercial and agricultural lender according to president,
Jeff Bailey. “We are excited to have Dan join the
Harney County team of bankers for BEO,” said Bailey.
McNeley is a native of Lakeview where his family still farms
and ranches. He comes to the bank after successful stints at
two different community banks in eastern Oregon. He also
has experience with USDA Farm Services Agency in Idaho and USDA
Rural Development in Yakima, Washington.
“I am pleased to be joining the staff in Burns. I am
somewhat familiar with the area and the people and am looking
forward to providing competitive financing to farmers and
ranchers with the flexibility Bank of Eastern Oregon
provides,” said McNeley.
Since acquiring the branch in Burns in 2003, the staff has
doubled the deposit base and generated almost $20,000,000 in
loans in the past five years. The branch is one of Bank of
Eastern Oregon’s most profitable locations.
